The human race has been farming salmon for decades now, and that has clearly taken a toll on the fish. The color and texture of its flesh are completely different, making it look like a totally different species.
This makes us wonder if all those nutritious benefits the fatty, yummy fish is famous for even apply to farmed salmon.
