1. Please Join My Dojo
This story has been repeated a lot and I think it is worth telling you again.
A few years back I was an instructor at a karate dojo. I was working there part-time. The business was going very low. One day on Thursday evening I was closing the shutter and heading towards Stevie. Suddenly I saw some people. I was not fully sure but I doubted that these were the ones who bullied me when I was in elementary and middle school. It’s been a long time since I passed away from school and as we grow up the looks get even changed.
I didn’t tell them anything about our past. Stevie was planning to take some classes at times so I showed him the space and talked about the contributions. Just like I deal with my regular customers, I talk with him in the same way.
At last, he was convinced by everything. I loved the space he saw and like to become a member. I took him to the office and made him fill out the form. It was all just a part of formal documentation. He filled up all the details and gave it to me. On reading his name Stevie Brown, I remembered that he was the one who bullied me.
From the age of 8 to 13 he tortured me throughout the week. He even locked me in a locker and left me alone for three hours.
Before I could remind him of our past connection, I waited for him to pay for an annual plan. As he was about to leave I walked with him to the door. I gave a big smile and said, “ I am excited to meet you in the next class”.
Stevie also showed his excitement to join the karate classes which he had been planning to do for a long time.
I asked him whether he recognized me or not. Stevie said that he had no idea about me and was a little confused.
He reminded him that we were in the same school together. For 6 years he made his life horrible. He was very excited to see him at 5 pm on Monday for his first class.
Stevie was very much embarrassed and this can be seen in his face. He did not say a single word and went out of my studio. After that, I never saw him back in the dojo. He purchased the premium membership for one year which charged him around $1999. He wasted all that money. He did this because he didn’t want to be with me in the same class.
I got a good commission for registering him and what could be more interesting than that?
2. Oh How The Tables Have Turned
When I was in class 3rd I became friends with a girl who had red hair. She was actually new to the school and was a little healthy. She was left out as all the students made their friends groups earlier only.
I thought that I also didn’t have many friends so why not make her my friend? Within a short period, we mixed up so well. I can even call her my best friend.
Moving on further, now we are in class 7th. She was still a little overweight but just like other girls she changed herself rapidly. She tried makeup and gradually became popular in the school. On the other hand, I was not able to even talk properly. I was lean and tall with braces.
Students used to make fun of me and gradually she also started making fun of me so that she could mix up with popular students. After some time she was the one who started bullying me. They were now no more friends. She became friends with those popular girls.
Moving on further when we came to class 10th the scenario was changed. I have also grown my body a little more and have some more friends. People started noticing how my ex-best friend was fake with me.
One day in the hallway I saw her crying. I felt very bad and went up to her. I asked if she was fine. I even told her that she could use his cell phone if she wanted to call her parents and go home with them. For your information, I am talking about the 2000s when most of the high school students did not have cell phones with them. She told me that she was bullied a lot in the school. In classes 11th and 12th, I couldn’t find her but when I searched, I got to know that she had transferred from the school because everyone was bullying her a lot. Even though she also bullied me with other students, I feel very bad for her. It was a very bad decision to leave the school as we could have figured out how she could end bullying.
3. Slow Justice Is Still Justice
When I was 12 years old and was in class 7th this guy threw a piece of wood at me in the class. I was not at all popular but students used to often call me the Punk goth girl.
Throwing something at me was very funny for him and his friends. As he threw the wood at me I was painted for a while. I don't know what was his intention at that time. When I woke up I saw that he and his friends were standing around me and Pointing at me while laughing.
My parents were very afraid because of that incident. They took me straight to the hospital. I had to miss my favourite class PE for a few days. I told the administrators whatever happened when me but no one took any action. His dad sat on the budget committee and was a member of the School Board. Teachers were afraid of him that if they even scolded him, he would take his frustration out by miss managing the budget of the school.
He has the support of almost all teachers and administrators. The one who helped me was my history teacher who was also our Basketball coach. He got the punishment to run extra during the practice and that was all.
After 3 years when we were in High School, every student was busy making the football teams. I got to know that the student who through the piece of wood at me was not able to play football again. A few days back at a party he fought with someone which resulted in the breaking of his ribs. The doctors warned him that if he did not rest properly this could lead to serious complications for his brain function and that could remain for his whole life. Two years is not a very long period but for me, it is my whole life. I was very happy because finally I got justice. He should be thrown out of the school for what he did to me.
4. You’re Such a Clown Bro
A boy named Arthur was a kid in middle school. He often bullied me. A couple of times, he was not promoted to the next class and remained in the same class. The kids in the middle school were of 12-14 age group, while he was 16 years old. Children used to call him clown because often he come to school wearing clown makeup. This child had a lot of problems that I cannot disclose now. I remember that he always tried to catch me for no reason. I have no clue why he did that. He thought of making mischief in the science lab and making all laugh. He lighted fire on my hair. He took away my first girlfriend from me. He kicked a sixty-five-year-old teacher in the head and as a result, he was expelled from the school. 5 years later, I was hanging out with my friend and watching TV at my place. We saw that a local man was arrested for being violent. You all guessed it right. This local man was Arthur, the clown boy. He was sentenced to imprisonment for the next seven years.
5. What Goes Around Comes Around
It has been a long time since I passed out from high school. Now this guy from that point of my life sent me a friend request on Facebook. At the time of senior year, he stole things from my home and that too without my permission. He then did a show-off in front of my mutual friends about it. Among those friends, one of them told me about his deeds. I never spoke to that person again in my life. We also have some common friends but we both stay away from each other.
My life was changed a lot after high school. Some of my classmates still live in the same town and do dead-end jobs. On the other hand, I have a great job in an IT company because of my hard work. They allow me to travel. To do a little show-off, I added some of my high school friends to show them that I have achieved a lot.
One day the guy who committed a robbery at my place, posted on Facebook that someone had stolen something from his daughter. This is when I realized that karma pays back. Many people from his friends and family said that it was very shocking to see that someone stole from him. They all felt sad for his daughter.
I could not resist commenting on that post. I commented, “Yes it hurts so bad when someone stole something from us, doesn’t it? Even if it takes 20 years karma never forgets what they did with you and at some point, they have to pay for it.
I got him, Zingbot! I received messages from the people who already knew about this incident. They were telling me that this is the time when the universe will pay for what he did with you.
He blocked me immediately and deleted me from his friend list. I laughed a lot after this incident.
6. Hey Batter Batter, Swing!
There was a kid in the school who used to make my bus ride to school very sorrowful. He used to split on me as he passed by to get his seat. He usually sits behind me kicks his feet into the back of my seat and slaps on my head. After a few days, I found out that he started taking another bus. I thought that now how could I be able to take the revenge? Fortunately destiny decided to step in and one day at one of my baseball games I found him. He was defending 3rd baseman with the team we were going to play against that day. I thought, this is my chance. I wish that our team put them into submission. Seeing him in the opposite team, I got excited and angry also. Whenever I came up to the plate, he used to smirk and laugh during the game. I struck out my first three batters which made him laugh even more at me. This was my last at-bat at the bottom of the 9th. Anyhow I have to hit hard, not only to bring myself back but to keep my team in the game. I was at my final strike and I just missed it badly at the first two pitches. As I looked at the 3rd baseline, I saw my rival face in that. I found a superior face in it. I was so desperate to remove that smirk from his face. In the next pitch, I made a swing and made a drive line under the 3rd baseline. This was hit hard on the face of my rival. I did not do that intentionally. I didn’t think about where the ball was going and it went out of my control.
He was hit so hard that he started crying and went down. No picked the ball and went on to see his teammate. I kept on running and took advantage of the situation.
Due to all the confusion, I scored an inside-the-park home run. My teammates surrounded me as we were the winner of the match. In this condition, all the players and his parents took him back to the dugouts. Now I had a big smile on my face.
7. Be Careful Who You Decide To Mess With
A tall guy named Len used to mess with me during high school. From class ninth to twelfth he made my life miserable because of his gang of bullies.
Six years later, I did my graduation from college and now I am making good money from my first job. I thought of gifting myself by buying a good speaker for my apartment. You should guess now who might be the one as the sales associates. He was no other than Len! As I entered the shop he came to me and said “hi”. I greeted him and said, “ I am here to buy speakers for myself but I am not going to buy it from you. I went to another associate and asked them if they could help me out with this. To make him feel jealous, I spent three times more than I thought I would. This is the time I took my revenge on Len. The guy who helped me in purchasing was very happy. I know this shop pays the sales associates commission so why would I make Len’s profit? Len was disheartened. After years of waiting finally, I am supper happy that I took my revenge.
This wait was worth it.
8. Who’s The Big Man Now
I was small when I was in high school. Small here I mean to say very small. I was five feet in height and weighed 100 lbs. Many of the people chose me because they thought they would escape from it. To get rid of buying I took a transfer and went to a private school. Moving ahead when I was in my senior year I found myself enjoying a party with my old classmates. Many of them have not even seen me in 3 years.
I found a boy in the party from whom I was bigger. He had bullied me when I was small. Last 3 years I had major changes in my body. My growth has been too much. I am much more developed and had 6’1 height. As this guy came to talk to me he started talking nonsense and we started taunting each other. As he hugs me in the chest, I quickly punch him in the face. He was hit hard on the deck. I hit that idiot in front of 100 people and everyone started praising me.
9. Role Reversal
I was very quiet in high school so a lot of jocks were cracked on me. When I was in my 30s I got a message on facebook. Shockingly it was from one of the guys who bulled me in my high school days. He apologized to me for bullying me. He admitted that he was a foolish kid and now he confessed that whatever he did was wrong. Just because I studied physics in my college, he asked me to become a physics major. I didn’t believe in keeping these things on mind and being angry for a lifetime so I decided to help him.
He finally apologized for what he did and I liked that.
10. I’m Not Surprised No One Wants To Date You
There was a guy in middle school who used to be so mean to me just because of the way I looked. He used to hate me a lot. He often says to me that I should kill myself as I will remain alone in my life because of my looks.
While I was searching for a boyfriend on a dating app, I found him on Tinder. He was in doubt as he asked me whether they had studied together in the past. He finds me very attractive. He won’t be able to recall all those things which he said to me while bullying me. I was very happy to see him on dating apps for quite a few months and he didn't, even find a match. He did not find a girlfriend despite going on many dates. Finally, he was getting what he sowed. He is a mean guy who doesn’t know how to respect girls and this is the reason that no one wants to date him.
I never went on a date with him. I listened to him for some time before ghosting him. A couple of months later I finally found my husband on Tinder.
11. That Sucks, You Were Hit By A Truck?
A few years ago I was kicked by my ex-husband. At that time I was 6 months pregnant with my daughter. Even though he wasn't the father who would do such kind of things? At that time I told him that I hoped that he would get into an accident and hit by a truck.
It was only a few days passed when someone told me that my ex-husband got into an accident when he was riding his bike. He was able to survive the accident but there was internal damage that required a lot of surgeries.
Above that he didn't have any health insurance so now he is going to pay those bills for the rest of his life. I don’t think that his credit score will be with him for a long time. Karma is very fast not today but in the future, you have to pay for whatever you have done.
I also want to point out that I kicked myself so hard that I was hospitalized and had bleeding. The baby is okay thankfully. Even though I also called the police they didn't do anything much. But at least he is on record in police due to the report I filed against him.
12. Pick On Someone Your Own Age
I am talking about the time I was 5 years old and my brother was 12 years old. He was in trouble because he kicked someone kid in the face during recess. I don't remember exactly what happened as it’s been too long. But I do remember my brother saying he was defending his friend at that time.
My brother got into lots of problems. He was suspended from school for 2 weeks and no intervals for the entire year. Our parents also made him to go that kid's house and apologize for his mistake.
After months we got a notice from the local court that the mother of that child had filed a complaint regarding that her kid was now going through mental distress. She said that her son was not able to work normally. He was hitting himself to express his emotions due to trauma from the injury that had been done by my brother.
She did everything from her side to destroy my family and my brother's reputation. She also went to the school board and PT meetings to point out that incident. She also repeatedly asked principals to expel my brother.
We lived in a small town so even though we won that case still, people and many members of the society saw us from different points of view.
Now I am in my late 20s and my brother is in his 30s. One day my father sent a link of the news channel. When we opened it we found that the mother of the boys that my brother kicked that day had been in police custody.
She worked for a local government for her entire life and made funding of around over 1$ million dollars. That was a big amount! Now it's been a year since she got what she deserved. All through its karma
13. Am I The Loser?
When I was young I dated a girl. After some period she left me without any reason. After that, I found that she started dating another guy. When the guy and my girlfriend both were together I asked her did she cheated on me or if it was just a situationship.
He told me that "She chose me because I am better than you and I have goals in life and I can give her those things whatever she wants or needs in her life which you were never able to give her.
To your knowledge, he worked at a diner and played some music band with his friends. It looks good career for the future. Meanwhile, I was also doing my Bachelor's degree in business so I was not earning at that time and preparing myself for the future. It's not hard to do part-time jobs but still, I have Priorities for my studies.
After a few years had passed I was in a bar and I met that guy with whom I had a short conversation after having some drinks he asked me about my job and I replied that I was working in a large tech company. After that I asked him about his job then he answered that he had been working as a cook since last month he also told me that he had many odds job and he does not have a stable job right now. I also came to find out that my ex was pregnant with his kids.
It's like funny that I was told that I don't have a stable job in the future and I will be unreliable yet he is Deserving and now he has lots of problems with job and into his and her life. They are no longer together now.
Now it's completely messed up
My ex has a kid and another one is on the way. He also has a kid from his previous relationship. And the funny part is that the woman left him because he doesn't have any stable job now.
14. The Tables Have Turned
There was a guy in my high school he always ready to get into fights with everybody without any reason. One day it was school prom day and he started doing some kind of singled to get ready for a fight. At that time I ignored but when I went to Washroom he punched me in my nose and it ended up with bleeding from my nose and ruined my all pictures on prom.
There is no punishment by any law of school officials but they suspended both of us for one month. Even I explained to them that I didn't do anything but it was his fault.
Fast forward a decade It was a normal day for me and I found a man lying down in the street corner near my office. I immediately recognized him and asked him about what made him get into this type of condition. He tells me that he got into a physical relationship with some girl in school after graduation and ended up pregnant years after they got into marriage but it didn't go well and ended up with divorce after some time.
It sad for him and he got into serious problems with his mind due to stress and started doing drugs and parting with the wrong types of people. This cost him the loss of his family and friends and ended up loneliness and now nobody is there to help and care for him. He told me he had nothing and no money to buy anything even if he wanted to eat or drink anything.
Now I was surprised and I felt bad for him. It's karma and it's hit him hard as rock bottom. I invited him to my house. He wanted to live for some time in my guesthouse which was in my backyard and I agree on it. Another day in the morning he told me that it was the best sleep ever he got after school.
I got him new clothes and gave him some money. And eventually, I found some work with some contractors that I had previously worked with.
It is been years since that incident happened and now he owns his own company of contracting business and has a wife with 2 children. He lives in my neighborhood now he finally bought his house a year later.
15. I Forgot All About You
I was with some of my old schoolmates at the school reunion. The guy who bullied me in my school days used to describe me as his arch-nemesis. I didn't even give him a second thought in past years.
I feel I am still in his mind living rent-free. This made me feel super special.
16. I Got To Beat Up My Childhood Bully
I was teased all the time as I was a chubby child. A guy named Dewey always irritates me. Despite being 3 years older, he would always beat me.
I feel lucky that I shifted away from the area before my high school started so I don’t have to suffer from this bullying more now.
I started taking care of my body and health seriously when I was in college. I used to work out and eat healthy food. I loved the activity called MMA. It helped me to lose more than 50 pounds and that’s the reason I loved it even more. Once my college ended I went back to my hometown.
Yes, you guessed it right. It was the place where Dewey used to harass me. I was very excited to find a new MMA gym. I found one with more ratings so I called the manager and told him that he was interested. He asked me to come for trial classes so that I could know what they teach.
I was very shocked to see Dewey in the gym. It was very surprising for my eyes to believe. He was the same as he was earlier. As I met him he said to me that you are a hero and I can learn to defend myself.
Dewey thought that I was a beginner as I left my MMA gear in the car with the intention that I was going only to watch them. As the class ends, they do a free battle among the students.
Dewey came to me after class and asked the trainer if he could battle with me so that I could know a few more things. Dewey was unaware that he has been training in MMA for years now and can kick his butt.
He shows off that he has been coming to the gym for months and watches UFC regularly. I made a face like I was scared.
I had to change my clothes so I went to the car and took my stuff. I battled with him and chokehold him three times. He was forced to tap out every time. I registered myself for the classes but after that day I never saw Dewey at that gym again.
I loved the moment. How many of you have had an opportunity to hit your childhood bully when they were young? I best part was, I embarrassed him in front of everyone in a sweet way.
17. No Talent
This selfish guy who bullied me in middle school and stole my Digimon cards went to the same school where I went. He was a horrible cook. He was so bad at cooking that he was asked by the school to take off his name after just three months. Yikes!
I hope you have fun while playing with my Greymon card because you are never going to cook at someone’s restaurant.
18. Wow, He Was Stabbed!
I went to my local mom-and-pop auto shop as I wanted to get my car checked out. They are honest guys so I have no issue supporting their organization. I am talking back in the office to the guy who offered me coffee. As I was going to the garage I was drinking my coffee also. Just then I saw a guy working on a blue Toyota Corolla.
This man looks like my old high school bully Ron. I screamed out his name and he looked at me and said, “John is it you?”
In high school, I told him that he was a miserable person to me with some other guys also. The day he told me all this he completely changed his life. He also told me about the incident that turned his life.
He showed me that had gotten a knife in his neck and scars mark. He was about to die but fortunately, doctors saved his life. He told me that he had gone to the local community college to learn something about auto mechanics and so is his first job. We talked for about fifteen to twenty minutes and I got to know that he had changed a lot and had become a good person. Whenever my car is in the shop I bring in donuts because in return he gives me a discount. Who can say no to the hot, fresh, and free donuts?
19. I Didn’t Expect The Bully To Cry
My high school bully had all of it. He was a very smart, intelligent, and athletic person. He was an undefeated state champion and was on the wrestling team. For his achievements and efforts, he got a full scholarship to Stanford.
He had in his mind that he could hurt guys and he could frighten them regularly. The one who comes in his way he would physically torture them.
I saw him at the party where alcohol was kept. He didn’t say anything but kept on staring at me from the room. I have never talked to him before. I only spoke at that time when he was about to beat someone I tried to control them.
He was trying to pick a fight with a random person at the party. He was surly drunk. Whenever tried to scream at someone, I used to come in between and try to sort out things. I was tired after five legit fights that night. he
He was choosing the guy half of his size and I kept my finger on his chest and told him to relax. I throw him backward. I felt like something had covered my body. On the other side, I was thinking that this guy could have hurt me if he wanted. When I pushed him back he looked at me and said you know if I want I could have destroyed you and all the people standing here. But I won’t do it anymore.
He ran into the room after crying. I hadn’t seen such a weird scene before. People were praising me for handling the situation and defeating the bully. At that time people don’t care much about mental health. When I look back, I feel like he was struggling with some problems internally. I wish he could get the help he needed.
20. How I Helped My Bully
As I completed high school, I chose to be a personal trainer and was trying to save money so that I could open my gym. I took the gym for a few years and noticed some inquiries on the website from people who like to get trained. I got a message from a woman whose name I found to be odd but known.
I was not sure that this was the same girl who constantly teased me when I was in high school. She used to come for her first training assessment and I was sure that it was her. After high school, her weight started to increase by 100 pounds and she was tired after 5 minutes of workout.
She had lost all her hope so I decided not to tell her about our past connection and started helping the best to help her in getting fit. We all are young now and there is no need to pull up the things that happened in the past. Whatever happened in the past was gone, I had now moved on with this. Training her for a couple of months, I found out that she was going facing difficulty in doing one of the exercises. I went to her with some positive energy and I looked that she was crying.
She looked at me and said that she was sorry for how she treated him in the past. She was very pleased by the way she was welcomed by him in the gym and never brought anything up from the past.
From one of our mutual friends, I got to know that she knew that I was the owner of the gym and purposely picked for her.
This was a happy ending story. There was no revenge for the bully which she did on me. Also, I didn’t find any reason to get revenge so it is okay. She was struggling with what she did to me and she was sorry for that too. If I had refused to help her, this time I would have seemed to bully her.
21. Prom Queen To Grease Traps
In every high school, there would be a girl who was the prom queen and dated a guy from the quarterback of the football team. They were not mean. But some of them were very sweet. The girl with whom I went in the high school was a very basic mean girl. Many of the children including me found her to be a restricted, mean, and idiot girl.
I am the kind of guy who never prays for someone's loss, rather I want the best for all people. But destiny has another plan to take revenge. To get a bacon cheeseburger I went to Local Five Guys where I noticed that someone was standing behind the counter. She was Ellie Bell, who was the queen of Natoma High for four years and I also took part in that. Its been a long time since I had completed my high school graduation. Now I am in my late 20s. She looks the same as she looked in high school. Maybe she has put on some weight but other than this she looks the same. Same makeup and the same hair.
I think she is stuck in her high school and trying to get her bright days back. Once I placed my order, I asked her how she was doing. I was trying to be polite and act mature in front of her. Rather than responding in a normal manner, she looked at me and said, “Who do you think you are Stacy? You’re gross, please don’t speak to me”. I decided to stay quiet and ignore what she said. There was a long queue behind me and I didn’t want to create a scene there.
I had good relations with the general manager of that particular Five Guys. I inquired about Ellie and she said that she was a single mom and trying to get on her feet because she was kicked out from her last apartment. She started working there around a couple of weeks ago.
She was surprised when I told her about our interaction. She was very unhappy with the way she behaved with the customer. She got fired the very next day and I got justice. Would you like to have some fries and coke with that?
22. Don’t Worry She’ll End Up Flipping Burgers
In middle and high school, there was a guy who used to bullet me a lot. It seems like he intentionally says all those things to me. He never harmed me physically, but verbally he assaulted me a lot. If I get the misfortune of getting a class with him, he makes sure that his displeasure for me is known. But because he was very well known, a lot of other guys would just go with whatever he would say to me.
I didn’t like to open my mouth and speak of him because I thought that he would insult me more if I brought attention to myself in any way. Those years were the worst. My mom always tries to make me feel better. I remembered what she said to me that one day she had to be nice to you otherwise she would be kicked out. My mom referred to her as the Burger King girl. After finishing college I decided to visit my parents
I stopped at a local Burger King for lunch. To my surprise, I found the Burger King girl behind the counter. I was about to place my order and suddenly she said, “So you remember me? We both went to high school together.
How can I forget you, I replied. She asked me what I wanted. I gave her a crazy order that could struck her head. I could see that she was getting annoyed and frustrated. The best thing I liked was that she had to be nice to me as her manager was a few feet away. My mom was correct.
23. Teachers Should Never Talk Down To Their Students
I had a maths teacher in high school who was terrible to me. He would give me lower grades than what I deserved and make fun of me in front of the whole class. He was against sending his kids to public schools because he was frightened that they had to deal with dumb kids like me.
A few years back I received my bachelor’s degree and graduated with a 4.0 GPA. I am pursuing my Master’s in the field of kinesiology. While I was doing my internship at a physical therapy clinic where I recognized a man walking in.
He was that rude math teacher from high school. He was interacting only with my coworkers. It was how things came in front but I am not trying to avoid him. I told my colleagues about this man and how he spoiled my confidence and strength.
After a week he came back for his appointment and the same colleague to whom I explained the whole story was acting like she didn’t know anything. She told me how much I enjoyed it and that I was excelling in school and the clinic. She told me that one day I was going to make an amazing physical therapist.
I could see that he didn’t like the way I was getting praised. After that day he never came again for another appointment.
24. Sometimes You Need A Kick In The Butt
My best friend Jimmy’s little brother’s name was Marcus. He used to bully a lot. He loves to torture me. I have tried to block myself from going out in high school. The worst thing happened during PE when he stole my clothes after swimming and I had to walk around the school in those swim trunks.
Even after being bullied by Marcus, I and jimmy were very close during high school, and was admitted to the Marines after graduation.
Jimmy was killed after a few years in combat while defending the US Navy base overseas. I returned to the States carrying his body. His brother Marcus was not found even at his funeral. I heard from his relatives that he lived in the rough part of town and had made some characterless friends. I found his address and knocked on the door. I hold him and drive him to Jimmy’s funeral so that he can pay respect at his grave. I also wanted to say him something. He told him that Jimmy was not expecting this from him and he needed to change his life now.
He went to Jimmy’s grave on his second passing anniversary, so that he could lay some flowers on his grave. Before that, Marcus was already there and doing the same. He told Jimmy that he had spent his last two years getting into the track.
We both went out to have dinner and there he asked me if I could help him in getting recruited in the Marines as he wanted to follow Jimmy’s footsteps.
Jimmy would have been so proud of him and so am I.
25. IBeat Up My Teacher
My dad is called the man of the mountain. We are talking about more than 6’6”+ and 300 pounds. The girls in my school used to bully me a lot. He told me a story from his childhood to make me comfortable.
When my dad was a kid he used to be chubby. In high school, he became eligible for the football team because of his height and weight. He was a big rude lineman. His true love was basketball. He went on to the JV team as a freshman but was not selected.
He was told by the English teacher that he was too heavy to be on the team. My dad was disheartened and determined to lose weight in the upcoming summer. He improved his cardio and lost some more pounds. My dad is now in 2nd year and he is kept in the English class that was taught by the basketball coach. My dad was an excellent student so he found it to be a perfect opportunity to impress his English teacher with his reading and writing skills. He was confident that he would get an A grade in his class. But this was what my father wished. In reality, the teacher made fun of my father’s weight in front of the whole class and called him with annoying names. Please note that this is a senior teacher making fun of a teenage student. My dad was very cool. He didn’t even mind what the teacher said about him neither did he report against the teacher.
Fortunately, a new coach came that year and my dad made the team in the second year. After graduation, my dad started working part-time at the nightclub to make some extra money. On a normal Thursday evening guess who entered in. Yes, he was my English teacher. My dad was doing his duty and being professional at his work. He used to say that my dad didn’t have the guts to speak for himself.
My dad decided to do his duty as a bouncer and make use of his position. He told the English teacher that he had drunk a lot and needed to go out of the club. The teacher had just only 2 drinks. My dad held the teacher from his collar and told him to leave as soon as possible.
He punched my dad. After that, my dad beat him with his crew and reminded him of all those kids whom he used to make fun of. Hope he learned a lesson from this.
This is one of my favorite stories from Dad’s life. I wish all of you might have learned something from this.
26. I’m Going To Leave You The Biggest Tip Possible
During my high school career, I went to a boarding school. To say myself as an ugly duckling would be an understatement. I had braces and I was around five feet tall and my body was like a teenage boy's.
I don’t have many friends but I keep my portrait low so that I keep myself restricted from attention. Unluckily, some of my juniors and seniors looked at me and made my life horrible. They started by commenting on their physical appearance but turned into a physical assortment.
There was one girl who was different from everyone. For some reason, she liked picking on me and was determined to do it, even when her friends didn't want to participate.
She would often find me at school and separate me 1:1 before cracking jokes on me or pushing me against a locker.
I thought of many ways in which I could take my revenge. I don't want to do anything that might count on my record and affect my admissions to college. Till she graduated, I had to face her.
After passing from high school I have worked on my body. My height is six feet now and I found myself to be pretty attractive. I had meetings with some business people at the local steakhouse. Guess who would have come to our table.
The waitress seemed to have bad hair and skin. Her clothes were also very small. She looked very ugly and I know who she was. Yes, you guessed it right. This was the one who bullied me in school.
She noted our order and suddenly our eyes met. We were quiet but her eyes tell a lot of things. She was down in the dump and I was a pretty attractive girl. I was happy that finally, I had my revenge which I was thinking of taking for such a long time.
I told her that I knew her and was happy to see that she was doing a great job. I ate the amazing food and at the end I ordered dessert. I was very happy so I gave her a 100% tip so that she could get something for herself.
I didn’t see her again after that dinner, but I feel happy whenever I think about her.
27. I’m Finally Going To Stand Up For Myself
This bully was very less in middle school. I am talking about five feet which is not much. I was four feet ten inches in height so that’s why this guy was very tall for me.
With his annoying behavior, he tried to bully me whenever he got a chance.
After my college my height grew six feet tall and my weight went over 170 pounds. I don’t have any dorky glasses now as I wear contact lenses. I love the way life is going on. It had been a long time since I thought about this person. Suddenly one day I saw him sitting alone in a restaurant where I went with my girlfriend.
I was about to finish my food when I saw that he had just started eating his meal. I paid my bills and went to his table to wish him. We both looked at each other but I had no idea whether he recognized me or not.
I took one of his sticks and quietly ate it. Before I walked away I told him that I was nice to see him. The helpers at the restaurant must be thinking that I was mad. I was so happy to see his reaction like that.
28. Even My Bully Didn’t Deserve That
My family shifted from Florida to California because I was just to start my junior high. I had no idea about the place and had no friends. I started getting good marks and making new friends. My life changed when I met this bully guy. He was stopped many times so rather than being of 12/13 years, he was 15 years old. He was just the bully guy and nothing was much unique about him. He teased girls and boys. He had some followers to whom he could give orders.
In California, if people don’t like you they will probably challenge you. When he got to know that I was from Florida he instantly challenged me. I am still confused as to why he hates Floridians.
I think people might fought so without knowing much, I accepted his challenge.
We all gathered in the park on Friday after school. I was not hurt much but one thing that got broken was my ego.
I was given the name of the kid who got beaten up and it stayed till high school. It was the time of my junior year in college when I chose to help my dad. We were working on our backyard project so we got some gardening tools. I saw that boy in the outdoor gardening who bullied me in school. He had a scar on the back of his head which didn’t look nice.
When he looked at me he got happy and said that we might have studied together. He told him how he got into a big car accident after high school.
His brain got permanently damaged. He was not fully there.
He shook hands and helped me to lift my things. He loved my company and wanted me to visit more.
I felt very bad about him and hated him for a long time just because what he did to me was very wrong. I felt sad about his situation. I decided that whenever I want seeds I will come to him so that I could see him.
29. Sometimes You Have To Help Karma Along
Normally I try to be a bigger person but in this case, I cannot help anymore. While I was doing my part-time job in the club I saw my bully entering the pub. This person did not harm me but made my school life horrible. I knew that he might have bought his car because taxis and ubers did not drop there. It was very difficult to get a spot for parking.
While he was inside the pub I saw his car out of the tow spot, I immediately called the company and they took it with them. He was inside for 2 hours and then came for a smoke break. When he finished he tried to go inside by I stood in his way. He tried to go inside also.
I told him that his behavior was very aggressive so I couldn’t allow him to go inside. He told me that he had forgotten his car keys on the table. I replied that if he hadn’t tried to push me I would have let him go.
He got so frustrated and punched me in the face. The day was rainy and the floor was wet. He loses balance and falls to the ground. Some people stopped there for drinking and smoking. They saw the whole incident. They called their friend who was patrolling the area so that he could be taken to the station and make him calm.
I felt so good about it. I know I could have been a kind person, but when I saw him my whole past life which he spoiled by bullying me came in front of me. I decided to take revenge. In the morning he will be released and will come back to find his car which is gone.
I was feeling relaxed. Now we are equal.
30. High School Was 5 Years Ago: Grow Up!
I was bullied a lot in my middle school so I transferred to a private high school. I did not keep any touch with my middle school classmates. I am 25 years old now and I am going home with my fiance. My two siblings and my fiance were searching for a gift for my mother as her birthday is coming. While we were looking for the gift, my siblings wanted to eat ice cream. My fiance took them to eat ice cream while I kept on searching for a gift.
I saw a girl in the racks with whom I used to go to the middle school. We were not friends but when I saw her I made up my mind. After asking me about my career and how I was doing, she started speaking ill of me. She said it because she found me alone. I still looked like the same loser of middle school. I was standing stunned in the silence.
I remembered that I had not seen this girl for past few years and did not have any interaction in middle school either. She changed her mindset because of her reputation in middle school.
I explained to her that we are adults now and should behave maturely. I wanted to say her but her expressions were saying everything. I turned around and walked with my head up.
I just hope that she takes my words seriously.
31. Be Careful Who You Ask For
In my high school, there was a guy who wanted to pick fights with everyone. He tried to get people into trouble and these things made him happy. He prefers to avoid him and fall on the wrong side. He planned in such a way that it looked like I put drugs in his locker. I was able to get out of this problem but was annoyed and aggressive at that time.
In the middle of senior year, college acceptances were brought out. I choose to accept into Johns Hopkins which has been my priority since my childhood. This guy always tried to make negative comments so I love to prove her wrong.
He got rejected from his top three preferences and started complaining about the system that they all have made strategies against him.
To be close to my family I went back to my parents after pursuing a degree in hospitality management. I got the role of general manager in one of the best restaurants in the town. He started laughing at me with his coworkers when he looked at me taking the orders. He started asking me about my manager as he was going to complain about my behavior even after not having any interaction with him. I was soo excited to answer him.
I said I am the manager, how can I help you.
He was shocked and his face was stunned. I got to know that he works in a local coffee shop and gets lower wages.
He visited our restaurant as the food is super delicious but one of my coworkers handle his table. I take breaks when he comes.
I was feeling so proud that my hard work paid me off.
32. IGuess We All Grow Up At Some Point
He just bought a house so to celebrate this we went out. We both wanted to try a fancy steakhouse. I saw that the waitress was the girl who bullied me when I was in high school. I was 100% sure about her.
I am sure she did recognize me as I looked way different from what I looked in high school. The lights were also very dim so I decided to treat her Ido with another server. When the bill came I thought of giving her a tip. Generally, I give a tip of around 20% and her service was also very good but I wanted to take revenge for what happened to me in the past.
I feel like we are not children now and there is no need to do such things. I thought of giving her a 25 % tip. I wrote a note for her that people change a lot after high school and I did this during my graduation years.
She immediately sent me a friend request as she saw me on Facebook. She told me that she remembered me but she didn’t want to interfere in my space and bring up the odd memories.
She was guilty of what she did in the past. She was a person who used to bully.
I was very happy to see her grow up.
33. I’m Gonna Grow From This And Get Better
There used to be a child who always tried to scare us. Me and my friend were fool enough and wanted to stay alone.
He targeted us for bullying. We were such kids who never took the stand for themselves. He treated me and my friends the worst he could. Nobody wants to talk with us because they think if they talk to us, they will also targeted. He was the worst bully Isaw in my life. If he gets a chance he abuses us physically and verbally.
I come from a family where no one gets violent. These things helped me to know what would I become in the future. I hate those people who get preyed on by the bully and so I wanted to protect them.
Coming in my future, I am in my mid-20s and working at a bank. It was Monday and guess who came to the bank that day, it was none other than the guy who bullied me. He was in such a condition that he had nothing and was looking for a lone. I checked the criteria for getting a loan to him and I found that he had criminal background records. Above all that he didn’t even have a home.
This guy should not have been in the condition he is today. We all went to private schools and gave a good amount of money. It was clear that he made wrong decisions in his life due to which he is suffering today. He wanted a loan from us so that we could bail. All the other town banks have rejected his application and that is the only last bank.
I did my job honestly and denied him give loan due to his criminal history. I recognized him but he did not. I would have reminded him who I was. It was good to see him that his wrong decisions were now paying him off. Maybe this is an indication that he needs to get back on track.
