THE CREEPIEST WEIRDOS AROUND

Creepers. Stalkers. Weirdos. Wouldn’t life just be better if they didn’t exist? While we all wish for this, unfortunately, reality is different. We’ve all dealt with our fair share of them throughout our life. However, there are definitely levels to this.

These stories are bound to give you full body chills. Get ready to be disturbed just like these unsuspecting Redditor were.

1. Men Need To Be Better!

I was only fifteen years old when my therapist (who was a man of course!) told me that he was so attracted to me and he couldn’t control it. He said that my eyes, lips, and body were so sensual.

The ironic part is, that the only reason I was even in therapy is because I was sexually harassed by an older man the year prior. He never did anything after he made that creepy comment, but I was so mortified that I didn’t tell anyone. Years later, I regret not speaking up when I had the chance. What if he harassed his other female patients in the same way?

2. Fake Police Officer

I was fast asleep in bed with my boyfriend around 4 am when I was woken up by someone’s voice. There was another person inside the house speaking to themself.

I rustled my boyfriend awake and told him to go and investigate. He was too scared and told me that I should go. He definitely won’t be winning boyfriend of the year anytime soon. I reached for my glasses but couldn’t find them so I decided to proceed without them. The guy was now yelling.

I came out of the bedroom in my nightgown and ran downstairs. Right next to the front door is a big fat bald man who looks to be in a police officer’s uniform. Since I didn’t have my glasses, his appearance was a little fuzzy.

He stared at me and said, “Your door was unlocked and I just wanted to let you know that you should keep it locked.” I sleepily replied, “Uh, thanks I guess.” He then left through the front door.

I still couldn’t see very well, but I was able to pick up on this one critical detail. Instead of getting into a patrol car, he just walked down the street. There was no police vehicle in sight. I suddenly got really scared.

I lived in a wooded area that was secluded so there was no way there would have been an officer on foot patrol. I called the local police station to check if any officers had filed a report and if any officers on the force matched the description of the man who was in my house.

They told me that they would check things out and get back to me as soon as they knew anything.

I received a call from them the following day with the news that none of their officers reported anything. They said that guy was an imposter and not with the department. This really freaked me out. Who was this creep, and what did he want?

Also, why was he dressed like a police officer? I’m just glad that nothing happened. I’ve never forgotten to lock my door since.

3. You’re Going To Be Here Awhile

Before I became a psychiatrist, I had to do rounds in a local psych ward when I was a resident. One of the patients would stare out the window and watch this woman who he could see at the nearby park. He said that he wanted to abduct her and do unspeakable things to her before ultimately killing her.

He then started the same thing about some of my fellow residents. I don’t think that guy ever saw the light of the day. What did he expect? He was saying some of the most vile and horrific things I’ve ever heard.

4. Peeping Tom

I used to live in a shady part of town with my younger brother. It was only the two of us in that tiny house, and he was often away working or with friends. The house was quite old and gave me the creeps. I always felt like it would be pretty easy for someone to break in if they wanted to.

It was around 11:30 pm, and I was getting ready to go to bed. It was the middle of summer in Dallas, so it was blazing hot. The house had no air conditioning, so I opened the window to let some cool air in.

I changed out of my clothes and into my pajamas. I had just put on my nightshirt when I heard something that I’ll never forget no matter how hard I try.

A man said in a low voice, “Let me see that beautiful chest again baby.” I completely froze up. I couldn’t move. It took me a while to process the fact that there was a creeper spying on me from the window and that I was completely vulnerable. I was home alone, and he definitely could’ve broken in if he wanted to.

I immediately went for my cell phone and called the police. I’d never called the police before and haven’t called them since. The time in between when I placed the call and when the cops arrived were some of the most nerve wracking few minutes of my life. I was so scared. Luckily, the dispatcher stayed on the phone with me the whole time and did her best to keep me calm.

They sent five cop cars since it was a slow night which made me feel a lot better.

The day I moved out of that house was the happiest day of my life.

5. Teacher’s Pet

I was a senior in high school, and it was clear that my AP physics teacher had a thing for me. I was only 17 at the time. She would always give me compliments and tell me that I’m amazing even though I was an average student at best. I mostly got Bs and Cs in my classes. I wasn’t exactly a whiz kid.

One time, she really crossed the line. I was in her class after school to work on some homework, and I was the only one in the classroom. She came up to me and started touching my face and said, “You’re really good-looking. We could have a lot of fun together.”

I knew what was happening and quickly made an excuse to leave. I made sure never to be alone with her in the classroom again. This woman was in her sixties. How creepy can you get?

6. My Very Own Stalker

It was June 2015, and I had just broken up with my boyfriend after we’d dated for nearly a decade. I hadn’t been single in such a long time that I just wanted to take things slow and not rush back into dating.

A couple of months later, I met a guy at the club who seemed cool. I ended up seeing him at the same club a week later and decided to take his number. We’d seen each other a few times when I felt comfortable enough to invite him to a party I was throwing at my house.

He stayed after all the other guests had left, and we ended up hooking up. Afterwards, the vibes just seemed really off. He was acting really pushy and I didn’t like it.

I told him to leave, and I had no intention of ever seeing him again. I then began to receive texts from random phone numbers. It would be things like, “How was pottery class?” when I never told anyone I had signed up for a pottery class.

“It looked like you enjoyed that new ramen place on 6th street” when I never posted anything on my social media that indicated that I was at the new ramen place. He then started texting me in the middle of things. It was like he knew what I was doing at all times.

I didn’t tell any strangers or post about my activities. We also had no mutual friends, which meant that he had to be stalking me.

Things came to a head when my friends had taken me to Miami to celebrate my 30th birthday. We hit a bunch of bars and clubs, before deciding to get some pizza prior to heading back to the hotel. It was around 3:30 am.

We had just stepped out of the pizza place to get into our Ubers, when I saw him waiting outside. I am not a happy camper.

He says, “I hope that Miami Heat game was fun. I wanted to meet you earlier, but you weren’t replying to my texts so I didn’t want to scare you.” I wasn’t just scared, I was afraid for my life. This guy had taken things too far.

My male friend stepped in and said that he needed to stop what he was doing and told him that he was going to call the police and file a report. I got a new phone number and moved out of the area. I haven’t heard a peep from him since.

7. Just One Bite

I knew this guy who made this crazy confession to me just before he did. He said he had this urge to kidnap someone, restrain them, and you’ll never guess this last part. Eat them! I was like, what is wrong with this guy? That wasn’t the end of his fantasy.

He said he was most interested in how someone’s cheek would taste. I can’t eat beef cheek to this day because of that guy.

8. I’m Underage Stay Away!

I’m only 16, but because of the way my body is I’m often mistaken for someone who is 18+. If it wasn’t clear, I’m a girl. I was at the local community gym with my sisters where we were working out. After a few minutes on the treadmill, I began to feel lightheaded.

My older sister said, You don’t look so hot. Why don’t you go rest in the couches that are in the locker room.” I thought that would probably be best. I went into the lady’s changing room, and it was empty. I’d have the couch all to myself.

I closed my eyes so I could try and rest. I heard someone in and opened my eyes to see who it was. It was a guy who was tall and muscular. He was definitely someone I’d consider quite attractive.

I thought he must’ve come in to wait for his girlfriend or wife. Why else would he be in the ladies changing room? Things got weird when he sat right next to me. Close enough that our legs were nearly touching.

I was taken aback. I moved away from him and said, “What are you doing?”. He said, “Don’t worry, I’m not going to hurt you.” He then put his arm around me.

I got up from the couch and started to slowly walk away. He seemed in really good shape, so I thought he’d catch me if I tried to run.

He then asked, “How old are you, sexy?” in a tone that made me sick. I told him 16 and he said, “That’s cool.” I asked him how old he was and he said, “25”. He got up from the couch and started to walk towards me.

I was backing away from him when suddenly, a bathroom stall swung open and a lady emerged. My hero!

She came out and from the look on her face she overheard our entire conversation. He quickly ran away as soon as he saw her. The lady was super nice and waited with me until my sister’s had finished their workout. She told me her name was Karen.

I guess all Karen’s aren’t so bad.

9. No Rizz

I was at a nightclub when I was twenty-two with a friend of mine. There was some creeper guy who kept following us around even when we told him that we weren’t interested. I told him to leave us alone and that we didn’t want to talk to anybody. My friend and I were getting some AMF’s at the bar when he appeared behind me and touched the back of my neck. He said, let’s not turn this rape into a murder.” I was enraged. How could anyone say something like that? He said, “It was just a joke. Lighten up.”

I kneed him in the balls. A bouncer saw what I did and slung me over his shoulder and threw me out of the club. It was 1000% worth it. I hope no girls went home with him that night.

10. Never Talk To Strangers

I was only five years old when I was walking on the road with a group of my cousins. Some random dude grabs my shoulder and doesn’t let me go. I was with 10+ cousins so they didn’t notice I was missing for a couple of minutes.

The guy points to an abandoned looking building and says, “Your dad is in there.” I knew this wasn’t true. I was here in town with my mom and my siblings.

My dad was back home because he had to work for the weeknd. I told him, “My dad’s back home. He’s not in there.” This man kept squeezing my shoulder tighter and repeating, “Your dad is in there.” My cousins were coming back for me, and when the man saw them he bolted.

I recounted every detail of my encounter with the man.

We were all quite young, so we thought it was weird but didn’t realize how serious the situation actually was. Looking back on it, I was lucky that I wasn’t kidnapped. We never told any of our parents, because we didn’t think it was that noteworthy. In hindsight, we definitely should’ve told them so we could’ve filed a police report.

What if that guy had a record?

11. Mr. Dentist, Can I Have More?

My dentist told me an absolutely crazy story. Before he became a dentist, he would go to low-income neighborhoods and work in the free clinics in order to get more practice.

A woman came in a couple of times to have her cavities filled. During her final session he said, “Awesome we’re all done. All your holes are filled.”

She then gave him bedroom eyes. You could tell that she wanted more. She was still sitting in the dental chair when she said, “Not all of them.” That wouldn’t have been so bad, but his wife (who at the time was his long-time girlfriend) was also assisting him with the procedure. Can things have been any more awkward?

He was so embarrassed that he almost ran right out of the clinic. I probably would’ve done the same thing.

12. A Budding Sociopath

I went to a neighborhood party when I was around 14 and met a boy there who was around the same age as me. My dad was happy I was making friends and decided to call him over so we could hang out.

I had a dog who was super sweet. She would never bark or growl at anyone. However, when this boy walked up to pet him, she started barking at him

I was shocked, but I believed that my dog could sense something. I made a mental note of it and then went to play in the yard with him.

After chatting with him for about fifteen minutes, I came to a shocking conclusion. This boy seemed like he was a sociopath. That is probably the feeling that my dog got.

He seemed extremely fake and shallow.

He started talking about things that normal people don’t speak about. He would say, “Wouldn’t it be cool to hold a knife to someone’s neck and feel their fear. I wonder what it would feel like to assault someone.” Clearly he was quite disturbed.

His parents wanted me to stay over for a sleepover, and I politely declined. There is no way I’m going to sleep in his presence. He would probably try and hurt me in my sleep.

13. You Have A Hit List?

My brother had a friend who had a really creepy younger brother named Winston. Winston and his brother came from a super religious family. For whatever reason, Winston became someone that everyone tried to avoid. He served in the military and did two tours as a vehicle driver.

His bunkmate would constantly beat him up and berate him for being so weird. When that same roommate was overdosing on drugs, Winston just left him there to die. He didn’t bother to call for help even when the other guy was pleading with him.

After his stint in the military, he came home to work on the family farm. By this time, he was really angry and bitter. We definitely thought he was an incel. Everyone was home for the holidays, and we decided to all hang out. Winston came along as well.

We were just chatting about random stuff when out of nowhere Winston says, “I have a list of people I want to kill. Some of the people have an asterisk next to their name.” Well that was a conversation killer if I’ve ever heard one.

There was a long uncomfortable silence before I cut in. “What kind of freak has a kill list?” If I wasn’t already on the list, I definitely moved to the top with that comment.

14. Up To No Good

When I was in high school there was this boy who came up to me and asked if I had a peanut allergy. I told him no and didn’t think much of it. I thought the boy was just curious.

I later found out that he had a totally evil plan. He was asking everyone if they had a peanut allergy, because he wanted to cause someone to have an allergic reaction. My friend overheard him asking other people the same question and reported him to the teacher.

In a vacuum his question seems innocent, but when you know the whole picture it definitely becomes super sketchy. Thankfully, he was caught before he could cause anyone harm.

15. Creepy Phone Dealer

My mom took me to the store so I could get my first cellphone. I was only 16 years old and was super excited. The salesperson showed me a couple of different phones and a number of different phone numbers that I could choose from.

I picked a nice flip phone and chose a number that was easy to remember. I got on my mom’s phone plan and we left the store. The encounter seemed very normal. I wouldn’t classify anything as out of the ordinary. However, things changed when I got home.

I got a text message from the guy who sold me the phone. He said, “Hey it’s the guy from earlier who sold you the phone.” I’m not sure what I said back to him, but I wish I had never replied. This guy would blow my phone up day and night with texts, calls, and voicemails.

He told me that I was so beautiful and that we should be together. I told him that I was going out of state to my grandma’s for the summer and that the timing wouldn’t work out (if you can’t tell I was just trying to be nice).

He said that he would come to wherever I was going and would quit his job if he had to. Keep in mind, I only spent 10 to 15 minutes with this guy at the phone store. I have no idea how he could’ve developed such an obsession with me.

I told him that he needed to stop contacting me. He kept trying to call and I would never pick up. I had to change my number and file a complaint with the police to finally get things to stop.

16. Not Something To Brag About

I worked at a fast food restaurant and had a regular customer that would come in about two times a week. He told me that used to live in New Orleans and that the city had a serial killer they were unable to catch. He said that the killer would kill prostitutes and then they’d be found on the shores of the river days later.

The way he told me the story was like he was recounting things that he had done in the past. It seems like he was boasting about it. He also got really excited when he told me the story. Most people would be sad if they were talking about a topic like this.

I never saw him after he told me this story, maybe he thought he told me too much and that I might catch on. This guy seemed so unassuming and I would’ve never expected him to be capable of harming anyone. Even though I don’t have any evidence he did anything, I just have this really bad feeling about him that I can’t shake.

17. Don’t Lie About Your Age

When I turned fourteen, I was super excited because my parents were going to let me create my very own Facebook profile. I didn’t really know how to use it so I often would accept friend requests from total strangers and chat with them.

I received a friend request from a guy who claimed to be from my school, and we began to chat. I was a young teenager, and within a few days of starting to talk to him I developed a crush.

He said that we should hang out in real life. We decided to meet at the local ice cream shop that Saturday at 3 pm. As it got closer to the date I started to get cold feet, something seemed off about the whole situation.

I asked my older brother if he knew the guy. They were about the same age so I figured she might know him. She told me that she had never heard of him. Alarm bells were going off in my head. We went to a small school, and if she didn’t know him that means he was lying about something.

I ghosted him and then proceeded to block him. I wanted nothing to do with him. The creepiest part? A couple of years later I saw that guy’s name in the local newspaper.

He wasn’t lying about his name or where he lived, but he did lie about his age. It turns out that he was 28 years old.

You must be wondering why his name popped up in the newspaper. It definitely wasn’t for anything positive. He had just been convicted of assaulting five underage girls by using social media to lure them to his apartment. Thank goodness I didn’t meet up with this guy.

18. Do I Even Need A Haircut?

I worked at a grocery store part-time during the pandemic in order to pick up some extra cash. This man who looked to be in his 40s got in my line. When it was his turn to check out, he stared at me for what seemed like an eternity. He then asked me if I could take off my mask so he could get a better look at me.

While this was a super weird request, for some reason I decided to comply. He then handed me a business card and said that he wanted to give me a haircut.

This was definitely the strangest thing that has ever happened to me. He has gone through my checkout line a few more times and does the exact same thing. He stares at me for a minute and then asks me when I’m going to let him cut my hair.

I haven’t even told you the wildest part. I’m bald. I haven’t had hair in decades.

19. Taking A Wild Shot

My older sister and I were once playing in a cemetery that was in a small town in Tennessee. The cemetery was in a part of town that we weren’t super familiar with.

This was a large cemetery, and it seemed like there was no one around for miles. All of a sudden, we heard these popping sounds. We notice that pieces of the gravestones around us are starting to fly off.

We look in the distance and see a guy a couple of hundred yards away shooting at us with a rifle. We ran all the way home without stopping once to look back. It’s safe to say that we never returned to the cemetery.

20. Down On The Floor

I was working at Blockbuster when a guy came in and needed help finding some specific movies. He told me the titles of what he was looking for and I input them in the computer to get an exact location. They were on some of our lower shelves that were practically on the floor.

I had to get on all fours in order to find the DVDs he was looking for. After finding all of his titles, I stood up and said, “I was able to find all of them. Do you need help with anything else?”

He then gave me the creepiest reply of all time. It sent shivers down my spine. He said, “I’m guessing you spend a lot of time on your hands and knees.” His tone was super suggestive.

I was so embarrassed and didn’t know what to say. I couldn’t form any sentences so I just let out a nervous giggle and ran to the breakroom in the back so my coworker could ring him up. I didn’t come out till I was sure he left the store.

21. I’m Still Waiting

I was riding the BART from Oakland to San Francisco, when some guy in a fancy suit sat right next to me. The train was quite full so I didn’t think that this was weird. I was reading a book and didn’t want to be disturbed.

He taps me on the shoulder so I put my book down and look at him. He stares at me for a few seconds and then says, “Your life is going to be horrible. Like really horrible.” He then got up and sat somewhere else.

What a strange encounter! It’s been a decade since he’s uttered those words, but nothing horrible has happened yet.

22. That’s Not Peter Pan

When I was a little kid, I went to my room to change into my pajamas before bed. After I changed, I went downstairs and told my dad that Peter Pan was at my window (for those of you that are confused, there is a scene in the movie where Peter Pan comes in through an open window). I wanted to know if we could let him in.

My dad zipped up the stairs and moved the fastest I’d ever seen him move. The screen was gone, and the window was slightly ajar. My parents were so freaked out that we decided to sell the house.

It took me a couple of years to realize that the man in my window wasn’t actually Peter Pan.

23. Watching You Sleep

I dated this really strange girl in college. We only dated for a couple months because she really freaked me out. I woke up in the middle of the night to find her outside my bedroom window. She’s just staring straight at me.

She pointed at me and then immediately keeled over. I went out to check on her and she was unconscious. It turned out that she had a stroke.

She told a bunch of people at school that I caused her to have the stroke.

A few days later, I woke up in the middle of the night to find her inside my apartment. I freaked out and told her to leave or I was going to file a police report.

It took me weeks before I could sleep through the night again. I never told anyone that she broke into my apartment.

24. Fear In The Food Truck

I used to drive a Mexican food truck a couple years back and I would often go to local businesses to drop off catering orders. I also had a curtain in the truck in order to keep the heat in during winter and the sun out during summer.

It was winter and the curtain was crucial in helping to keep me warm. It was upstate New York after all. I was at a local deli preparing the patron’s order, when the owner came out and knocked on the door.

I didn’t hear it at first, and he decided to just open the door without my permission.

He started to step in and attempted to grab me. I backed up and told him he needed to stop immediately. His comment has been etched into my brain. He glanced at the curtain and said, “Mmmmmmm the things I could do to you with that curtain rod. The best part is no one would ever know.” He then turned around and went back into the deli. I quickly dropped off his order and high-tailed it out of there.

I immediately told my boss what happened. He happened to know the owner and went and had a chat with him.

I never had to drop off to that deli again. I also lost my curtain, because it was deemed a safety hazard.

I was fine with it. I’ll take being cold over being violated any day.

25. I’ve Never Met An Ape Impersonator

I went with my girlfriend to visit Red Rocks Amphitheater in Denver. It’s a really cool open air theater that hosts a number of shows. There are a lot of stairs that you can climb on. Since there was no show tonight, we had the whole place to ourselves.

We were down on the stage when we noticed that there was another guy in the amphitheater.

He is moving very quietly in order to avoid detection. My girlfriend and I start going up the stairs to head to the exits when we realize that he’s following us.

We looked back and noticed that instead of going in a straight line, he was going in a serpentine direction. I’m not sure why he was doing this. Maybe he thought that it would make it less obvious that he was following us.

We were calmly walking up the stairs because we didn’t want him to know that we knew that he was following us. Right before we got to the parking lot, my girlfriend sprinted to the car while I stayed in between her and the stranger.

This next part is where things got really weird. He started running with his hands on the ground and was making loud grunts with every step. I think he thought he was from Rise of the Planet of the Apes.

We get to the car, and neither of us can find him. We hop in the car as we scan our surroundings. I’m about to start the engine when he appears from behind the neighboring car.

He pounds on my windshield a couple of times while making more animal noises, and then he just sprints away. I wonder what kind of drugs he was on.

26. Have You Ever Wondered?

I had an uncle who has now been dead for a number of years. I didn’t see him much except for the occasional family gathering. From what I know he was a pretty decent guy. When I was fourteen, he was over at my house along with some other extended family members since my parents had thrown a party.

It was late and well past my bedtime, but I got thirsty so I came down to get a glass of water. My uncle was in the kitchen and seemed a bit drunk (there usually was a fair amount of drinking at my family parties). He said to me, “Wouldn’t you kill someone if given the opportunity?”

I replied, “Huh! What?” He gives me a thousand yard stare and says, “Aren’t you just dying to know what it feels like? To take someone’s life.” I don’t quite remember how I responded, but I think I just mumbled in agreement. The whole conversation made me really uncomfortable.

All my other conversations with him were 100% normal. This was an outlier. I still choose to believe that he was a good man, even though his drunk thoughts were really frightening.

27. You’re Not A Girl Scout

My mom left me in charge of my sister when I was 13 and she was 9. It was our first time staying alone. My mom worked the night shift so she wouldn’t be back until midnight. It was around 8:30 pm, and we were hanging out in our room which was located on the first floor and faced the front yard.

I was reading a book when I was startled by the sound of the doorbell and repeated knocks.

I thought that my mom might be home early, but why would she not just use her keys or enter through the garage. I peeked out the window to look for her car, but I didn’t see it. It was pitch black and raining cats and dogs so that made it much harder to see.

I was going to check the door when I heard a voice coming from the other side, it sounded like an adult male. He said, “We’re selling Girl Scout cookies! Would you like some? We only have a couple of boxes left.”

There were a couple things wrong with this picture. First, it was late at night. Second, the weather was atrocious.Third, where was the little girl? I looked through the peephole expecting to find a little girl with her dad but there was just a middle aged man.

I suddenly got really scared. This was a large man who looked to be in his early 50s, and to make matters worse he had no cookies which meant that this was all some elaborate trick.

I made sure that the front door was locked by jiggling the locks. He was probably onto me at this point, but I had to check. These locks were the only things separating my sister and I from this creeper.

He kept talking about which cookies he had left while he continuously knocked. I was seriously considering calling the cops.

I then remembered that I left the blinds open in my room and that's where my sister was playing video games. Shoot, I thought. I race to my room and I see the scary man in the window watching my sister play video games.

Panic began to set in. I turned off the lights and quickly shut the blinds even though the man was right outside the window.

I ran around the house to make sure that every door and window was locked. Then I closed all the blinds. I told my sister to go into our mom’s room and hide in the walk-in closet.

I just told her that we were playing a game because I didn’t want to scare her. I didn’t call my mom or the cops, I just waited him out. Eventually, he left on his own.

Whenever I think about the incident, I start to shudder. That night could’ve gone so horribly. Anytime I see an unlocked door I race to lock it.

28. The Maker Of Masks

I had just moved in with a bunch of new roommates and one of them told me that he liked to make masks in his spare time. I thought it was a cool hobby until he went into more detail. He told me that he likes to use human skin to make the masks. He said, “It gives them a real authentic kind of feel.” I was so creeped out. The rest of my roommates were gone for the weekend so I made sure to sleep with my door locked.

It turns out that while the guy was weird, he actually was a nice guy who was misunderstood. Never judge a book by its cover.

29. The Teeth Girl

I’ve been a DJ in a local nightclub for the past five years and I’ve met an assortment of people over the years. A lot of amazing people, but also a lot of weird ones. This particularly weird one stood out to me. Her name is Marsha and it seems like she doesn’t live in our world.

Just to be clear, she seems completely harmless. She’s always super happy and dances with such enthusiasm like the people you see in the workout videos. However, I would advise against making direct eye contact with her.

I’ll share the creepiest encounter I’ve ever had with Marsha. It was a Saturday night and the place was packed. I had my headphones on and I was in the middle of a killer set. I then notice that someone is standing right next to me, but they're not moving or talking.

It felt like I was being stared at. I almost felt obligated to look at this person and see what was up.

I glanced over and it was Marsha smiling at me with all her teeth. Not a natural smile, but more like a creepy manufactured one. She also had this crazy look in her eyes.

I thought to myself, this girl is crazy. I put my headphones on and got back to work. Marsha didn’t move a muscle and continued to just smile at me.

After a whole song had passed, I took off my headphones and said, “Is there anything that you need, Marsha? Is there a certain song that you want me to play?” I will never forget her reply.

In the calmest voice ever she says, “No I’m alright! Just wanted to show you my teeth.” Like what? Still the strangest moment of my life to date.

30. Hey, I Know That Guy!

A man from my hometown was recently arrested for breaking into women’s homes and assaulting them before he would rob them of their most precious belongings. Even though he was just caught, he had been terrorizing the women of the community for over 25 years.

My mom and I were watching the news story, and our mouths flung open. This was the guy who worked at the local movie theater. He used to fill my popcorn every time I’d go to the movies  when I was a kid. He was always so nice to everyone.

I guess you can’t really trust anyone these days.

31. Weird Roleplay

I worked at the local Burger King and there was a guy who’d come in every Friday afternoon like clockwork. In the two years that I worked there, he never missed a single Friday. He was in his 40s and was gay. He was always really polite to me and the other workers and we knew him well enough that he invited us over to his place for drinks.

I told him that I was busy and wouldn’t be able to make it. A couple of months after this, he tells me that he has a super cute dog in the parking lot and he wants to show it to me. I told him that I was working and didn’t have a break for a few hours. This was a lie. My break was in an hour, and by that time my brain was so fried that I forgot that he was waiting in the parking lot.

I went to the parking lot to have a quick smoke, and I saw him with what looked to be a teenage boy in a dog costume. This was the middle of April, not Halloweeen. I wonder what kind of weird plans they had later.

32. Harassment In The Workplace

One of the first jobs I also worked was also the most uncomfortable. I worked with a lady who probably outweighed me by about 300 pounds. We were tasked with cleaning up the trash in local parks and changing out old trash bags.

Whenever I’d bend over to pick up trash, she’d make a comment about my butt. Oftentimes, when we were alone in the car, she’d say things like, “Oh you have such a cute butt, I wish I could touch it.”

If my underwear ever happened to show, she would memorize the color and then would tell me about it after a few days had passed. Another woman joined our crew, she also happened to be overweight. However, she only outweighed me by about 100 pounds.

This woman described in great detail what a threesome might look like between the three of us. She would also say that we should just find a quiet place in the park so we could act out her fantasy.

The whole situation made me super uncomfortable. Unfortunately, there was nothing I could do. My boss was the type of guy who believed that men couldn’t be sexually harassed. If I told him, all he would do is laugh it off.

33. Weird Old Lady

About ten years ago, I was waiting for my wife in the lobby of our doctor’s office while she was getting a physical done. I also had my infant daughter with me.

An old lady who looked to be in her 70s came up to me and asked if she could see her. I said yes, because my daughter was super cute and this lady clearly posed no threat. I may have  judged a book by its cover.

She stares at my daughter and remarks how beautiful she is. Then she says, “You’re so pretty, yes you are! I’d kill anyone that even looks at you the wrong way. I’d wring their neck with my bare hands.” I was terrified. I quickly made up some excuse and took my daughter to the car where we could wait in peace.
