It Was For All Of Us
Not many people realize that things are meant to be shared. Sharing is caring; we have learned it all our lives but bosses don’t care. This one incident took place in an office where an employee had brought Pecan pie for all the co-workers.
When he came across an empty plate in noon, he thought that maybe the colleagues would have enjoyed it and finished it completely. However, he saw the leftover of pi in his boss’ cabin and that explained the empty plate of pie.
You Can’t Take It Home
Most workplaces are toxic and the blame is on the bosses; no one else is to be blamed. Pizzas make all the employees happy. However, how many bosses can really tolerate happy faces around them? In this particular office, a pizza party was given but the employees were not allowed to take away extra pizzas to their home.
The boss threw away all of the extra ones! How harsh can one be?

Illegal exploitation is a part of some professions and jobs. The worst part is you cannot do anything about it; all you can do is quit and get out of that toxicity.
It is the responsibility of HR to take out the illegal aspect from a business but we assume there is no HR department involved in this business.

Who charges for water? It is bizarre to know that there are companies who wouldn’t pay for water – a necessity for life. Staying hydrated is something you need throughout the day. This employer refused to pay for water and employees came together to get themselves a can of water. After all, you cannot sacrifice on something you need on a daily basis.
Fortune 500 Companies
What do you expect while working with a company that was listed in Fortune 500 companies? A hefty bonus in the festive season? Well, this company is one of those and this employee of the company got some lame stationery, two chocolates, and a pass to enjoy a day at work without the dress code.
How disappointed would you be after spotting this as your Christmas present?
True Megalomania
In this era, where employees are given more perks than the employer, some bosses tend to enjoy exercising power on their employees. We understand that bosses are definitely making more money than we do and they have better facilities. Like this one here has a car we all would want but who cares about the parking space of the employees, right?

Stick To Professionalism
When it comes to the conversations between an employee and the employer, we expect that there would be a bit of professionalism. If not that, there should be a bit of politeness would do. However, Kelly shared her experience where there was neither of the two.
She said, “I’m extremely allergic to peanuts, and a coworker was eating a packet of trail mix near me. My skin became red and hot, so I took a Benadryl, and while I was waiting for it to kick in, my boss said to me, ‘You know that nobody can take you seriously when you look like a tomato, right?'”

Do you want to know how prejudice sounds like at a workplace? This person explained how she faced it at the workplace.
She wrote, “I’m a Malaysian living in America, and I once worked at a fast-food chain when I was a student. It was my first week when my boss asked me to leave what I was doing to take an order from a customer that looked Asian. ‘You look similar, yes?’ she put forward, ‘Maybe you’ll be able to understand him.’ I could figure out from his accent…that he was American.”

Full Of Tactics
If a person is made a fire marshal, he is expected to move out of the building in the last whenever there is a fire drill or a real fire. A person was given the position of Fire Marshal and he expected his boss to give him a reason like he was the most responsible one or something that would reflect his personality.
However, the reason he got was that he had no family and that makes him more “EXPENDABLE”. Hence, he was made the Fire Marshal.
Embarrassing Among All
We assume our bosses love to embarrass one of the colleagues on a daily basis. This is how it looks like:
“My colleague and I had both scheduled to come in later than usual one day. Well, she got to work before me by a few minutes, and when I walked in, I jokingly said, ‘Aww, you’re making me look bad and beat me here.’ My boss was close by and responded, ‘Trust me; you don’t need anyone else to make you look bad.’ My coworkers fell silent, and I just laughed awkwardly from pure embarrassment.”
Goodbye Loser
If you are getting a farewell from your boss, you might be getting all chirpy about it but probably it’s not the best thing if your boss is similar to this one. After all, who would want to be called ‘a quitter’ or ‘a loser’?

Yes, so this boss didn’t like the color of the chairs in the break room, so, he decided to get rid of the chairs. He didn’t consider repainting them or switching them with other chairs. A true reflection of power!
Assisting At All Times
Jane, a true hard worker was busy beating her deadlines while her boss was hundreds of miles away at a luxury resort. He was there for a meeting. In the middle of her packed up schedule, Jane got a call from her boss who asked her to call the hotel authorities.
Yes, he was asking her to call a hotel that was hundreds of miles away from Jane – the one he was staying in. Why? Because he hadn’t spotted any staff member from the last twenty minutes and he wanted his drinks to be refreshed! *Rolling the eyes*
Wait, What?
We are sometimes buzzed by what our bosses do and the worst part is we can’t even tell them that they are being ‘bird-brained’. Charlotte was in a similar situation when her boss sent her a text to check her email. You wanna know what was the content of the mail? It had two words that read, “call me”. It was a ‘facepalm’ moment right there.
It’s like you call someone to ask them to check the text you had sent and the text read, “call me”.
Birthday Cards
The companies usually go on a cost-cutting mode and they try to save as much as they can. However, this boss is an overboard example of how cheap one can get. He is one of those who won’t restock the coffee or tea if it runs out before one month. He would wait for the next month till the new stock comes in.
So, when he gave a birthday card to someone he was in a state of shocked surprise until he uttered these stupid words out of his mouth.
He said, “When you’ve gone through reading it, take it to Robin down the hall. It’s her birthday today too.”
The Perks Of Working Extra
Samantha was being nice when she offered to help her boss through lunch. It was a report they were working on. Her boss was extremely grateful to her for her cooperation and offered to take her out to grab a bite. He said that it was a place with a buffet of food from all around the world.
Samantha was obviously ecstatic about the experience she was about to have. However, she wasn’t aware of what was in store for her. The boss took her to Sam’s Club – a place that is basically a discount supermarket chain where they give out free samples.
Muffin Tops
Jenny used to work in an office where it was a muffin day. The boss had brought them in. Shocking, right? The boss said, “I brought in muffins. They’re in the break room, help yourself.”
